DAS INSCRIÇÕES, HOMOLOGAÇÃO E PARTICIPAÇÃO
A inscrição no III Encontro A Universidade ante os Desafios Globais e na Etapa Livre da 1ª Conferência Nacional dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável constitui manifestação de interesse do participante, não implicando, em hipótese alguma, garantia de participação automática nas atividades presenciais e virtuais.
Todas as inscrições realizadas estarão sujeitas à análise e validação pela Comissão Organizadora, que procederá à homologação conforme os princípios de transparência, democraticidade, ampla participação social, inclusão e respeito à diversidade.
O número de participantes nas atividades presenciais será limitado à capacidade física dos espaços disponibilizados, incluindo salas e auditório, em conformidade com as normas de segurança e acessibilidade vigentes.
Em razão da limitação de vagas, a Comissão Organizadora reserva-se o direito de selecionar e homologar as inscrições com base em critérios que assegurem a pluralidade e a representatividade social, considerando aspectos como diversidade étnico-racial, equidade de gênero, inclusão socioeconômica e participação de diferentes segmentos da sociedade.
Serão asseguradas vagas destinadas a pessoas com deficiência, em conformidade com a legislação vigente e com os princípios de acessibilidade e inclusão.
O participante poderá optar por participar de todo o evento ou de apenas parte das atividades previstas na programação. Todavia, a emissão de certificado estará condicionada ao cumprimento mínimo de 50% (cinquenta por cento) da carga horária total do evento, conforme critérios de controle de frequência definidos pela Comissão Organizadora.
O resultado da homologação das inscrições será comunicado aos candidatos por meio do endereço de correio eletrônico informado no ato da inscrição, sendo esta a única forma oficial de confirmação da participação no evento.
A Comissão Organizadora poderá, a qualquer tempo, adotar medidas complementares necessárias à adequada organização do evento, desde que respeitados os princípios estabelecidos neste regulamento e a legislação aplicável.
REGISTRATION, APPROVAL, AND PARTICIPATION
Registration for the III Meeting The University in the Face of Global Challenges and the Free Stage of the 1st National Conference on the Sustainable Development Goals constitutes an expression of interest by the participant and does not, under any circumstances, guarantee automatic participation in in-person and virtual activities.
All registrations will be subject to analysis and validation by the Organizing Committee, which will carry out the approval process in accordance with the principles of transparency, democratic governance, broad social participation, inclusion, and respect for diversity.
The number of participants in in-person activities will be limited to the physical capacity of the available spaces, including classrooms and the auditorium, in compliance with current safety and accessibility regulations.
Due to the limitation of available places, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to select and approve registrations based on criteria that ensure plurality and social representativeness, considering aspects such as ethnic and racial diversity, gender equity, socioeconomic inclusion, and the participation of different segments of society.
Places will be reserved for persons with disabilities, in accordance with current legislation and the principles of accessibility and inclusion.
Participants may choose to attend the entire event or only part of the activities included in the program. However, the issuance of a certificate will be conditional upon attendance of at least 50% (fifty percent) of the total event workload, in accordance with attendance control criteria defined by the Organizing Committee.
The results of the registration approval process will be communicated to applicants via the email address provided at the time of registration, and this will be the sole official means of confirming participation in the event.
The Organizing Committee may, at any time, adopt additional measures necessary for the proper organization of the event, provided that the principles established in these regulations and the applicable legislation are respected.
